That is not a one-year spike: since 2014–2015 the school has stayed within the top 35 of roughly 700 schools and never below the 95th percentile. All-grade proficiency in 2025–2026 was 84.9% in English language arts, 80.3% in math, and 64.5% in science, compared with district rates of 57.8%, 50.5%, and 45.1% and state rates of 43.8%, 32.9%, and 30.6%. Grade-level results show particular strength in grades 4 and 5, where ELA reached 91.5% and 92.4%; third grade was lower at 70.6% in ELA but still above district and state. Science is the relative soft spot — solidly above district and state, but below the school's own reading and math and below nearby Laurelhurst Elementary School (75.6%).
