Waldport High School is a public high school in the coastal town of Waldport, Oregon, serving grades 9–12 with about 204 students as part of the Lincoln County School District. Although the district overall is rated 1 star and ranks 113th of 141 districts in Oregon (20th percentile), Waldport High School is one of the state's top-ranked high schools: 15th of 271 in 2025–2026 (94th percentile, 5 stars) and 13th of 270 in 2024–2025 (95th percentile, 5 stars). That marks a major turnaround from 2018–2019, when it ranked 176th of 266 with 2 stars.

Test results are the school's clearest strength. In 2025–2026, 86% of students were proficient in English language arts — about 42 points above the state and far ahead of Newport High School (50.7%), Toledo Senior High School (26.3%), and the district (34.4%). Science proficiency was 67.4%, roughly 37 points above the state. Math is the relative weak spot at 37.2%, but still above the state's 11th-grade rate of 22.9% and well above Newport and Toledo.
