Highland Hills Elementary School is a K–5 school serving 308 students at 450 SE 10th St in Hermiston, a small city in eastern Oregon, and it is the smallest of the six Hermiston School District 8 elementary schools compared here.

For 2025–26, Highland Hills ranks 180th of 709 Oregon elementary schools — 75th percentile, 4 stars — the strongest showing in its ten years of rank history and a full star above its district's rating.
