Cedar Park Middle School has consistently ranked in the top 25% of Oregon middle schools over the past decade, with strong academic performance on state assessments, particularly for White and Multi-racial students. Open Quote My child was assaulted by a male student in home economics class. Even though there were other student witnesses, the teacher told us that she "didn't see it happen, so there's nothing she could do about it."
Our child now has a permanent dent in the back of her (yes, HER) head. I have also observed faculty allowing student to sit on their laps. When this was brought up to the administration, they didn't seem to think it was a problem (!). In conclusion I would recommend CPMS to parents who hate their children. If you don't hate your children, send them somewhere else. Close Quote
