Twinsburg High School is a grades 9–12 comprehensive high school in the Twinsburg City School District, located at 10084 Ravenna Rd in Twinsburg, Ohio — a suburban community roughly midway between Cleveland and Akron — serving 1,197 students, the second-largest enrollment among its nearby peers.

In 2025-2026 the school ranks 104th of 795 Ohio high schools (87th percentile, 4 stars), its best placement in five years and the third straight year of improvement (162nd → 134th → 104th). Test proficiency beats the state in every subject, and the strongest results are in social studies: 91.8% in American History and 91.4% in American Government, both within a few points of Solon High School.
