Waterloo Middle School is a small rural school in Atwater, Ohio, serving 131 students in grades 7–8 within the Waterloo Local district, a community southeast of Akron where the ten nearest middle schools are all in different districts and range from 5.6 to 13.1 miles away. It is currently rated 2 stars and ranked 596 of 1,046 Ohio middle schools (43rd percentile), above Summit Academy Akron Middle School (14th percentile).
