Roseville Elementary School is a small PK–5 school at 35 Elm St in Roseville, OH, serving 239 students in the Franklin Local district in rural Perry County, about an hour southeast of Columbus. For 2025–2026 it ranks 994th of 1,560 Ohio elementary schools — the 36th percentile, or 2 stars — which is its best showing since 2018–2019, though it has stayed within the 28th–45th percentile band for a decade.
