Northmor High School is a public school in the Northmor Local district, serving about 450 students in grades 7–12 at 7819 State Route 19 in Galion, Ohio, a rural community in north-central Ohio. In 2025–26 it ranked 125th of 795 Ohio high schools — the 84th percentile, with 4 stars — which is stronger than the district's own 75th percentile showing and a big climb from the 46th percentile in 2016–17.

Northmor's test results are strong across most subjects. In Biology, 86.4% of students were proficient versus 67.0% statewide; in English II, 85.0% versus 62.7%; and in Geometry, 73.2% versus just 43.3% statewide, the highest mark among nearby traditional high schools. Averaged across six End-of-Course subjects, about 80.7% of Northmor students were proficient, compared with roughly 63.2% statewide — putting it essentially tied with Ontario High School and ahead of Lexington High School, Col Crawford High School, Mt Gilead High School, River Valley High School, Cardington-Lincoln High School, Galion High School and Crestline High School.
