Madison High School is a grades 9–12 school in Madison, Ohio, serving 818 students as part of the Madison Local district in a small-town community in northeast Ohio. It ranked 379 of 795 Ohio high schools in 2025–2026 (52nd percentile, 3 stars), slightly below its district's 57th percentile. Its rank history shows a long decline followed by a partial rebound: 72nd percentile and 4 stars in 2018–2019, down to 46th percentile and 2 stars in 2024–2025, then back up to 52nd percentile and 3 stars in 2025–2026.
