Kramer Elementary School is a PK–5 neighborhood school in Oxford, Ohio—home to Miami University—serving 508 students as the largest of the three elementary schools in Talawanda City. In 2025–26 it ranked 647th of 1,560 Ohio elementary schools (59th percentile, 3 stars), a rebound from 49th percentile and 2 stars in 2024–25 but still below its 85th-percentile peak in 2016–17.
