Fairfield Compass Elementary is a K–5 neighborhood school in Fairfield, Ohio (Butler County), serving 746 students as part of the Fairfield City School District. In 2025–26 it ranks at the 49th percentile of Ohio elementary schools with 2 stars, essentially the midpoint of its district. Its recent history is stable rather than sharply declining: 3 stars in 2021–22 and 2022–23, then 2 stars in each of the last three years.
