The Fairfield East Elementary School is a PK–6 school serving roughly 650 students in Hamilton, Ohio, part of the Fairfield City School District in the Cincinnati area. It ranks 825th of 1,560 Ohio elementary schools in 2025–2026 (47th percentile, 2 stars), while the district ranks 387th of 773 (50th percentile, 3 stars). The school has generally been a mid-pack performer but has slipped from a higher point: it ranked in the 69th percentile in 2018–2019, compared with 53rd, 53rd, and 47th over the last three years.
