Surrarrer Elementary School is a K–5 school at 9306 Priem Rd in Strongsville, Ohio, serving 399 students as the smallest of the four K–5 elementaries in the Strongsville City district. It ranks 264th of 1,560 Ohio elementary schools (83rd percentile, 4 stars) and scores above the state average in every tested subject — a solidly above-average school, but the lowest-ranked of the four Strongsville elementaries in each of the past three years, roughly 11 percentile points behind Whitney Elementary School.

Its clearest strengths are structural and behavioral. Surrarrer has the district's lowest student-teacher ratio (14.8, versus 18.7–19.6 at Muraski Elementary School, Whitney, and Kinsner Elementary School) while spending the least per student ($11,619, about $1,200–$1,600 below its district peers).
