Medina High School is a large, comprehensive public high school serving 1,767 students in grades 9–12 in Medina, Ohio, and it is the only traditional high school in the Medina City School District, which ranks in the 83rd percentile of Ohio districts.

Graduation is the school's clearest strength: 98.0% of students finish, essentially tied with the best nearby schools such as Highland High School (99.3%) and Strongsville High School (98.9%), and that rate has held within two points for five years. On 2025–2026 state tests, Medina beats Ohio averages in every subject — Geometry by 21.2 points, English II by 19.9, Biology by 17.4 — but sits mid-pack among nine nearby high schools.
