Open Quote Learning apps, YouTube, cartoons, and dancing videos (Kidz Bop) abound at NE elementary. Types of cartoons are Gabby's Dollhouse, Octonauts, Grizzy and the Lemmings. Teachers don't want to stop. Principal and superintendent defend the cartoons and don't want to intervene. Close Quote
