Open Quote P.S. 21 sends children to graduation not knowing if the child is promoted or not giving them false hopes , they also will not assist first graders with tying their shoe lace so there for if you have a child that cannot tie he will just be at risk of falling cuz they do not assist with this .poor safety for children attending P.S. 21.
