Mater Academy East is a large PK–12 state-sponsored charter school at 3900 E. Bonanza Rd. in Las Vegas, Nevada, serving 2,492 students and belonging to the State Sponsored Charter Schools district. It is the largest school among its nearby charter peers, and it serves a high-poverty population: 100% of students qualified for free or reduced-price lunch in each of the past three school years. Per-student spending was $11,023 in 2023–24.

Several comparisons stand out. Math and reading have risen substantially since 2022–23, when they were 25.8% and 33.3%.
