Quest Academy Northwest is a K–8 charter school in Las Vegas, Nevada, serving 465 students as part of the State Sponsored Charter Schools district. The school has been climbing in statewide rankings: it placed 163rd of 376 schools (57th percentile, 3 stars) in 2025–2026, up from the 39th percentile in 2024–2025 and the 33rd percentile in 2023–2024 — the first time in the available history that it rose above the 50th percentile.

In 2025–2026, 48.0% of students met standards in Reading and 26.9% in Science, both above Nevada's state averages, while Math proficiency was 31.2%, below the state's 36.2% and below the charter district's 48.7%. Reading and science are relative strengths; math is the clear weak spot, especially in 6th grade (28.8%) and 7th grade (29.4%). Strong spots include 5th-grade Reading (67.4%) and 8th-grade Reading (57.1%). Some 4th- and 5th-grade math scores and 5th- and 8th-grade science scores were suppressed by the state, so those cannot be evaluated.

Compared with Somerset Academy Lone Mountain, a K–8 school about a mile away in the same district, Quest trails in Math, Reading, and Science, has higher chronic absenteeism (26.3% versus 9.4%), and a higher student–teacher ratio (33.2 versus 29.1). Still, Quest outperforms Vegas Vista Academy, Bunker Berkeley L Elementary School, Reed Doris M Elementary School, and Parson Claude & Stella Elementary School in reported math and reading results, and its science score is above May Ernest Elementary School, Deskin Ruthe Elementary School, and Tobler R E Elementary School. Quest reports 100% free/reduced lunch, spends $8,857 per student — well below nearby Clark County elementary schools — and has the highest student–teacher ratio among the compared schools. Chronic absenteeism improved from 41.0% in 2021–2022 to 19.2% in 2024–2025 before rising to 26.3% in 2025–2026.

I love Quest Academy. My children both attend this school. My oldest started in 2nd grade and is currently in middle school. My youngest started in Kindergarten and is now in 2nd grade. The teachers take time to not only educate but to foster life skills and nurture the students. The administration works effectively to resolve all matters and works closely with the teachers to ensure academic success. Close Quote

The school is full of bullies and the admin does not care to stop them.

The teachers do not respond to communication from parents.

And they are terrible book keepers! --If you make payments to them, make sure your payments are check or card and keep the receipts!
