Sixth grade is the consistent soft spot: math at 36.36% is only about 4.5 points above state, and 6th grade is also the year the school begins receiving students from other elementary schools. Meanwhile 8th grade is a clear strength — ELA and science both at 71.43%, with science more than double the statewide rate. Math proficiency has also climbed steadily (38% to 48.12%) while the state has barely moved.
