The main areas to watch are recent changes in performance and fifth-grade mathematics. Schoolwide reading proficiency has declined from 80% in 2022–23 to 72% in 2025–26, while mathematics fell from a recent high of 67% to 62%. Fifth-grade math, at 56%, trails both fourth and sixth grade, although it remains well above the state rate. Science has been more stable, recovering from 45% in 2023–24 to 56% in each of the following two years. Overall, Maple Street stands out for balanced achievement, exceptionally strong science results, and impressive sixth-grade outcomes.
