There are concerns regarding the elementary principal's management, specifically with regards to potential biases in discipline and grading practices based on students' race, sex, religion, national origin, or disability. The school community's atmosphere is marred by allegations of hate, discrimination, and prejudice. Furthermore, the teachers' clique-like behavior may be attributed to their shared upbringing.
