Alcorn's Corinth-area schools — Kossuth Elementary, Kossuth Middle, Kossuth High, Biggersville Elementary, and Biggersville High — generally post stronger test scores, lower chronic absenteeism, and better graduation rates than their Corinth district counterparts.

Kossuth Elementary is the top elementary school in the area, holding a 4-star rating with 4th grade math proficiency at 82.3% compared to the 51.5% state average.
