Open Quote We were aware of the ecellent education programs in place in Lino Lakes but Blue Heron almost seems to go above and beyond what we expected. Every teacher cares about their students, even after they have moved on to the next grade. The programs offered by Blue Heron are terrific. Our child does the before school care a few days a week and that includes wonderful field trips, daily activities that teach (I have heard horror stories about before and after school care programs) rather then occupy, and the instructors for this care are wonderful with the students. About Student-Teacher Ratio
Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
