Evansville Elementary is a small, genuinely rural school in Evansville, MN (123 2nd Ave W) that serves 163 students in grades 2–5, one of two elementaries in the Brandon-Evansville Public Schools district alongside Brandon Elementary (107 students, PK–1) about five miles away. It ranks 202nd of 869 Minnesota elementary schools in 2025-26 (77th percentile, 4 stars), and its district ranks 87th of 458. The school beats the state in all three tested subjects: math 66.4% (vs. 44.9% statewide), reading 55.7% (vs. 48.6%), and science 50.0% (vs. 25.5%).
