Notre Dame Academy

Academically this is a very good school. However, as a parent of a current senior I find the administration to be rigid, inflexible, and behind the times. They say that they encourage the girls to "find their own voice", yet when an issue presents itself they are generally unwilling to have discussion on the matter at hand or consider changing a policy or perhaps a bad teacher. My daughter has gotten a very good education, I will give them that, and as long as the girls follow along like they are supposed to all will be well. If there is an issue that needs to be resolved do not expect that this will go well.

I attended Notre Dame from 1995-1999. This school did an amazing job in preparing me for college work, to the level that many college classes were easier than my classes at NDA. The single-sex environment was a positive as well, eliminating many of the stressful situations that arise in Co-educational High Schools. The education I received there help me to earn a Full-Tuition Academic Scholarship to Bentley College, more than making up for the cost of tuition for high school. I highly recommend this school for your daughters
