Millbury Junior/Senior High is the main secondary school in the Millbury district, serving about 722 students in grades 7–12 in Millbury, Massachusetts, a town just south of Worcester. The school ranks 234th of 353 Massachusetts schools for 2025–2026 (34th percentile, 2 stars), while the Millbury district ranks 254th of 351. That is a long slide from 2015–2016, when the school stood at 150th of 351 (57th percentile, 3 stars); results have since settled in the low-to-mid 30s.

On the 2025–2026 MCAS, all-grade proficiency is 27.35% in ELA, 32.61% in math and 30.83% in science, all below state averages (40.03%, 41.11% and 40.98%). Tenth grade sits at 35.24% ELA, 34.62% math and 30.39% science — above the district but roughly 9–10 points below the state.
