Monument Mt Regional High is a public high school serving about 431 students in grades 9–12 in Great Barrington, in the Berkshires region of western Massachusetts, and it is part of the Berkshire Hills district. For 2025–2026, the school ranked 129th of 353 Massachusetts high schools (63rd percentile, 3 stars), placing it slightly above its district's overall standing and second among nearby schools behind Lenox Memorial High — roughly level with Lee Middle/High School, Wahconah Regional High, and Mt Everett Regional, and clearly ahead of Pittsfield High and Taconic High. This is a rebound from a weaker 2024–2025 (48th percentile, 2 stars), though still below its 2021–2022 peak.

Academically, the school's profile is uneven. Science is a clear strength: 10th-grade science proficiency of 56.10 is well above the state's 40.50 and beats every nearby school except Lenox. Biology end-of-course results (47.50 vs. the state's 37.68) are also above state. English language arts is solid at 50.55, above the state's 45.48 and ahead of most nearby schools.
