Martin County High School in Inez, Kentucky, serves grades 9–12 and enrolls 519 students. Its graduation rate was 98% in 2025–2026, above the state’s 94%, but 37% of students were chronically absent, compared with 24% statewide. The main concern is that test results were below state averages in nearly every subject, with especially large gaps in mathematics and social studies.
