Greenup County High School is a public school serving grades 9–12 in Greenup, Kentucky, with 807 students. Its 2025–2026 graduation rate was 100%, compared with 94% statewide, but chronic absenteeism was 32%, above the state’s 24% and the Greenup County district’s 27%. The clearest academic concern is math: just 24% of grade 10 students met the proficiency threshold, versus 40% statewide.
