New Augusta Public Academy - South is a K–5 elementary school in the MSD Pike Township district on the northwest side of Indianapolis, serving 437 students. For 2025–2026 it is ranked 757 of 1015 Indiana elementary schools — about the 25th percentile with 1 star — while its district ranks 281 of 374 districts statewide.

Academically, the picture is mixed. Math is the clearest strength: 33.78% of students passed the all-grade math test, well above the district's 23.00%, and the school beat the district in every tested math grade. Fifth-grade social studies (40.28%) is the highest among the same-district Pike peers, ahead of Guion Creek Elementary School at 39.60% and far above Central Elementary School at 24.14% and Snacks Crossing Elementary School at 22.37%.
