The district itself sits in the bottom third statewide (274th of 374 districts, 27th percentile, 1 star), and Harrison Hill ranks 749th of 1,015 schools (26th percentile), placing it almost exactly at its district's level rather than above it, while nearby John S Irwin Elementary School (54th percentile), Weisser Park Elementary School (44th) and Jeff H Towles Intermediate School (43rd) all land well above it.

Even so, Harrison Hill is the clear leader of the neighborhood's "second tier."
