Warrick County School Corp in southwestern Indiana includes three public high schools serving grades 9–12 — Castle High School, Boonville High School, and Tecumseh High School — with a combined enrollment of 3,125 students. The district as a whole is one of Indiana's strongest, ranking 26th of 374 districts statewide, in the 93rd percentile with 5 stars, and all three high schools earned 4 or 5 stars in 2025–26. Even so, the three schools have noticeably different profiles, so families should look at each one individually.

Castle High School is the largest by far, with 1,953 students (about 62.5% of the group), and posts the strongest academics: ranked 25th of 415 Indiana high schools with 5 stars, the top SAT scores in both subjects, the lowest chronic absenteeism (9.8%), a 95.7% graduation rate, and the lowest free/reduced-price lunch rate (24.58%) and per-student spending ($10,587). Tecumseh High School is the smallest at 280 students but leads on outcomes many families watch: the highest graduation rate (97.1%), low absenteeism (10.4%), strong SAT reading and writing (66.22), and the lowest student-teacher ratio (10.9). It also spends the most per student, $15,860.

Boonville High School is the biggest improver, climbing from 245th of 432 schools (2 stars) in 2023–24 to 94th of 415 (4 stars) in 2025–26, and it has the best Biology ILEARN score of the three (60.09). It still trails, however, in SAT reading and writing (55.00) and SAT Math (23.18, below the state's 25.60), and it has by far the highest chronic absenteeism at 25.8% — more than double the district and state rates. Across all three schools, SAT Math is noticeably weaker than reading and writing.
