Open Quote My daughter attends this school and she loves it. Since starting in September 2011 she has been progressing very well. The Principal is extremely proactive he knows all the kids by their name which makes for a great atmosphere. By the way I have been told by several people that Hamilton bus kids in, this isn't true its is either neighborhood kids or kids who get in on lottery. Close Quote

About Student-Teacher Ratio
Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.

About Immunization Rates:
Each year, public and private schools across the state are required to send data about their students’ vaccination status to the Illinois State Board of Education. The state Board of Education compiles the data and shares them with the Illinois Department of Public Health. Public health officials use the data to monitor trends, track compliance with state immunization laws and identify pockets of vulnerability should an outbreak occur.
