Summary:

The middle-school list for Midland CUSD 7 has one school, Midland Middle School, serving grades 5–8, with 214 students. In 2025–2026, its all-grades ELA result was 65%, compared with 56% statewide; math was 39.8% versus 39.6% statewide. The clearest pattern for parents is the sharp contrast by grade: results were below state rates in grades 5–6 but above them in grades 7–8.

There is no school-to-school leader or bottom school because Midland is the only school listed. Its clearest overall strength was ELA, 9 points above the state; math was only 0.2 points above.
