Open Quote The teachers are excellent in what they do but are micromanaged by the principal. She doesn't use positive reinforcement but singles kids and teachers out. Every teacher must be teaching the same subject at the exact same time. There is no allowane for individualized teaching. The early years of elementary are difficult to teach successfully under such rigid rules. Every single teacher hired in 2017 is leaving for the 2018 school year. 100 turnover rate is a terrble reflection on the leadership. Close Quote
