Ridgevue High School

Ridgevue High School is a large comprehensive public high school in Nampa, Idaho, serving approximately 1,640 students in grades 9–12 as part of the Vallivue School District, which ranks in the 30th percentile statewide. Ridgevue currently holds a 3-star rating and sits at the 49th percentile of Idaho high schools for 2025–2026. The school has seen economic disadvantage rise notably, with free/reduced-price lunch eligibility climbing from about 31% to 40% of students over the past two years.

Ridgevue's clearest academic strength is English language arts. With a student-teacher ratio of about 22:1 and per-student spending near $7,530, Ridgevue operates as a cost-efficient comprehensive high school that maintains strong reading outcomes and steady graduation rates despite rising poverty. The clearest opportunity for improvement is mathematics.
