Kaimuki High School is a grades 9–12 comprehensive high school at 2705 Kaimuki Ave in Honolulu, Hawaii, serving 520 students as part of the Hawaii Department of Education, the state's single school district. It is by far the smallest traditional comprehensive high school among its eight nearby comparison schools, with enrollment equal to roughly 38% of their average of about 1,370 students (their range is 795 to 2,094).

Kaimuki serves the highest-poverty population of any comprehensive school in that group: 62.5% of students qualified for free or reduced-price lunch in 2024-25, more than five times the rate at Henry J Kaiser High School. Math is the clearest bright spot, with proficiency climbing from 6% to 23% over four years and now surpassing Kailua High School and Castle High School. English language arts moved the other way, dropping to 37%, and Biology I proficiency is 6%, the lowest of any comparison school with reported data. Nearby Kalani High School, about two to three miles away, ranks 1st of 65. Cohorts here are small, so yearly swings should be read with caution.
