Open Quote We love ECS! Please know that the very few disgruntled reviews posted do not represent the experiences of all of the other ECS families with whom I have interacted. I do not work for the school or church and neither does my husband. Our kids have attended Eastside for several years and we are extremely thankful for the school. The teachers are wonderful and, I believe, truly love our kids. I believe the school offers strong academics, caring and supportive teachers, and great training on how to interpret life and academics from a biblical perspective. While no school is perfect, we believe Eastside is the BEST place for our kids. We've had a great experience at Eastside so, if you're considering this school, please tour the school and talk to people who definitely go there so are in a position to provide a solid perspective Close Quote

Open Quote Discrimination, bullying, no accountability, and abuse of the Christian faith, is the best evaluation I have for this school. Our experience at this school has been nothing short of a living nightmare. To summarize, we have been told that our horrific experience is just "God's plan for our life" and that the school is not responsible for anything that happens during school hours. The best advice is to run away from this school as fast as possible if you care about your kids well being. This school is a cesspool of nepotism and bigotry in the name of Jesus. What a disgrace. You will not find educators at this school, only people who put their personal ideology before what is actually the right thing to do. The school will happily collect your fees and send out "Godly" emails while they watch your children suffer and do nothing, much like the story of the Jewish Pharisees. Disgusting and despicable is an understatement. Close Quote

Open Quote I've been a student here at ECS since I was in preschool! It is a great school and a healthy environment to watch your kids grow. Hope you pick to become a member of the ECS family!!

sincerely,
an 8th grade student Close Quote

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
