In the latest state ranking, the school jumped from 303rd to 216th out of 455 Georgia high schools—a leap from the 33rd to the 53rd percentile, earning a 3-star rating. This continues a three-year upward trend. The graduation rate is a standout: 88.7%, which beats both the district average (85.4%) and the state average (87.2%). Just four years ago, it was only 73.9%. Test scores are also improving across the board. Algebra I proficiency jumped 10.5 points to 48.8%, now matching the state average. Biology and US History also saw solid gains, though they still trail state averages by about 9 and 3 points, respectively.
