Two Rivers PCS - 4th Street is a public charter elementary school in Washington, DC's NoMa/Capitol Hill neighborhood, serving 391 students in grades PK through 5. The school has a proud history of strong performance, earning 4-star ratings and top-quartile statewide rankings for nearly a decade through the 2021-2022 school year. However, its standing has slipped considerably since then, falling from the 76th percentile to the 56th percentile by 2025-2026, when it ranked 55th out of 124 DC schools and earned 3 stars.

Today, Two Rivers presents a mixed academic picture. Its math proficiency of 29.1% is just above the state average of 28.2% and well above its own Two Rivers PCS network average of 21.9%, while its ELA proficiency of 33.3% trails the state. Fifth grade ELA is a standout bright spot at 47.7%, far exceeding the state average of 39.9%.
