As you review the school rankings data, please be aware that some of the information from certain demographics is missing. The reason for this omission is that the data has been redacted from the source data itself due to low population samples in these specific demographic groups.

Redacting data from low population samples is a necessary step to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the results, as small sample sizes may not be representative of the broader population. Additionally, this measure helps protect the privacy of individuals belonging to these demographic groups.

Open Quote This is by far the worst Elementary school in the district. Had I known in advance how bad this school was, I NEVER would have enrolled my son here. My son has a diagnosis of ADHD/ODD. The staff did an extremely poor job dealing with him and his diagnosis. He spent almost the entire first half of the year in the office with noise cancelling head phones on, without ever notifying me. They also forgot to feed him lunch on more than one occasion. They took away all gym and recesses until I found out. They waited till the last minute to take away most field trips. He was singled out the entire year. Even when I knew my son was being honest about an incident, they still punished him. Most of the time I was not notified when he was disciplined. We all were told at the beginning of the school year that he had lost the privilege of going on the end of year camp trip due to his behavior. It took more than 3 years to convince the staff that he needed a 504 plan and they just kept shooting me down. This school and it's staff lost mine and my husbands respect in the second year of my son's attendance. If you have a child with special needs, I STRONGLY recommend you find a better school for your child. My son is also exceptionally smart, but because of his behavior, they refused to put him in any AP classes. Instead, they allowed him to become extremely bored, which only exasperated his behavior. They acted like they were listening to us parents, however, we felt like anything we said fell upon deaf ears. If I could grade this school, they would receive a BIG FAT F! Close Quote

About Students eligible for discounted/free lunch:

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) provides low-cost or free meals to students in U.S. public and nonprofit private schools based on household income. Those with incomes below 130% of the poverty line receive free lunch, while those between 130% and 185% qualify for reduced-price lunch. The percentage of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch serves as a marker for poverty, as it reflects the socioeconomic status of families in a given school or district. A higher FRPL rate typically indicates a higher concentration of low-income families, suggesting that the school or district may face additional challenges in providing adequate resources and support for student success.

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
