Open Quote We had several wonderful years at Asbury Elementary and are truly grateful for the positive experiences our child had in the earlier grades. Unfortunately, 5th grade was a turning point that left us deeply disappointed. Despite having an IEP in place, the support our child needed simply wasn’t there. While we appreciated the alignment within the special education team, we struggled to see that support effectively carried over into the day-to-day reality of the 5th grade classroom. This school may be a good fit for mainstream, neurotypical students, but it is not equipped to support children with different needs. Our child is leaving Asbury feeling isolated and disconnected, no longer feeling like a part of the community they had been part of for so many years. That’s a heartbreaking way to end an elementary school journey. Close Quote

Open Quote This elementary school has exceeded all my expectations. The focus on project based learning has provided my child with hands-on, real-world experiences that have enhanced their critical thinking and problem solving skills. The social emotional learning component has also been a game changer, helping my child to understand and regulate their emotions, and to form meaningful relationships with their peers. The teachers and staff are knowledgeable, supportive, and always available to help. I highly recommend this school to anyone looking for a top-notch education that prepares students for the future.
