Colorado Online High School (COHS) is a public virtual high school in Byers School District 32J, serving 539 students in grades 9–12 from across Colorado. The school currently ranks 222nd out of 338 Colorado high schools (34th percentile, 2 stars)—a significant improvement from the 2018–19 school year, when it ranked in the 10th percentile. COHS shares its Byers address with two other district-run online programs, Colorado Virtual Academy High School and Astravo Online Academy High School, while the district's traditional brick-and-mortar school, Byers Junior-Senior High School, enrolls just 235 students.

The school's biggest challenge is graduation. COHS's four-year graduation rate is 48.8%, compared to the state rate of 85.6% and the 97.6% rate at Byers Junior-Senior High School.
