ZIP code 90715 has four elementary schools, all serving kindergarten through sixth grade, with 1,449 students enrolled across Palms Elementary, Willow Elementary, Melbourne (Ella P.) Elementary, and Aloha Elementary. In 2025–2026, the four-school averages were 35% proficient in English language arts (ELA), 31% in math, and 27% in science, all below California’s results of 49%, 38%, and 36%, respectively. The most important takeaway is that results differ substantially by school and subject, with the widest separation in science.
Palms led ELA at 40%, narrowly ahead of Aloha at 39%, and stood out most in science: 48%, 25 points above Aloha, the next-highest school.
