My daughter had to stop attending this preschool do to the virus. I have called them 7 or 8 times without reaching anyone. I finally got a call back from someone and told her my issue. She said she would text me Rebecca's number. Still nothing. Now after 2 months of no communication I called again today and left 2 voicemails to finally have Rebecca call me back. My issue is still not resolved. They say when they closed because of the virus they kept 2 weeks for vacation pay. But yet they also charged me in the beginning of the year when I was also on vacation. My wife told a teacher my daughter would not be there for up to 10 days several weeks prior, but because of lack of communication I was also charged. Also they like to celebrate the kids birthdays which is a great thing, only when my 5 year old started noticing this she had asked the teacher why they didn't celebrate hers? Then 5 months later they did for her. Close Quote
