Open Quote Incredibly fun place to go, great teachers for tons of classes. Great at sports, but also has the best drama department I have literally ever seen. Anyone can find something their good at, and everyone is welcome to join any sport, club, or group they want. Perhaps the greatest thing about O'Dowd; is that their baseline goal, is that every student who comes through, will be able to go to a UC at the end of their years. I love this school, and am incredibly glad that I chose it over CPS and Head Royce which I also got into. Close Quote

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
