Its 2025–26 results show a clear local strength in English language arts (ELA) and a larger remaining challenge in math compared with the state. The main takeaway is that ELA is its strongest subject relative to nearby schools, while math is its biggest gap to state performance.

Among nine nearby same-district schools, Mineral King had the highest ELA proficiency rate in 2025–26, at 47%, and ranked third in math at 31%; its 33% science rate ranked second.
