Summary

Cedarwood Elementary is a K–6 school in Magalia with 271 students. In 2025–2026, 22% of students were proficient in English language arts (ELA), 27% in math and 20% in science. Math is a relative strength, but results remain low overall; chronic absenteeism is the most pressing concern, at 32%—well above the state’s 18% and Paradise Unified’s 26%.
