Sequoia Elementary is a K–5 school in Oakland Unified, serving 452 students in Oakland, California. Its clearest strength is broad academic performance: in 2025–2026, it ranked third among 11 nearby schools in proficiency in English language arts, math, and science.

Sequoia is ahead of both the state and Oakland Unified in all three subjects.
