Harbor City Elementary is a Los Angeles Unified school in Harbor City, California, serving 420 students in kindergarten through grade five. In 2025–2026, its overall math proficiency was above district and state results, while ELA and science were below both. Results varied sharply by grade: third-grade math was a bright spot, but fourth grade was the clearest academic concern, with proficiency near the bottom among nearby schools in both ELA and math.
